I just read a blog…

of a girl that was 5’2, 130 lbs and trying to be 118 or 105 (“perfect under-goal weight”). She only eats about 300-450 calories a day, and works out (jumping jacks and bullshit) so her “net” calories of the day is 50-100 calories.

Anorexic, much? I don’t like my weight, but I can’t imagine eating one meal a day and working out (obsessively counting calories) and being happy. She’s only posted like 9 days of eating and working out, and she already sees her ribs. No shit, you’re not doing any good for yourself.
